unfriendly staff skipped room service

I was disappointed With the service in the restaurant. The staff seemed a bit unfriendly. When I wanted a drink at the bar, I was told there were no seats available, though there was space. the room service also skipped my room one day, annoying.

i loved my king suite cathedral view terrace! the room was spacious and very clean. the cathedral view from the terrace was amazing (especially at night!). i really enjoyed having coffee on the terrace each morning.

the spa was small, i expected more from a hotel of this level. it lacked a pool, which i missed . the limited space.

staff were very polite and professional. they arranged a taxi for my early morning departure. the reception staff were always smiling and helpful.

broken air conditioning noisy protest

The location was convenient I felt at home there.

the air conditioning did NOT work WELL in my room I found that unacceptable. The temperature remained around 24c despite being turned down I informed reception, but nothing was fixed. there was a large and noisy protest outside the hotel kept me awake.

ineffective air conditioning rude staff

The air conditioning in my classic king room wasn't effective. despite lowering the thermostat, the room remained warm. also, i found the restaurant staff to be quite rude during breakfast. It took multiple requests to get a simple crepe, and i felt overlooked. kitchen staff said they were busy after i waited 20 minutes. this level of service doesn't match the price i paid.
